Food wholesale ISPC mainly deals with caterers. ISPC sends them a weekly ‘Jackpot’ leaflet with special offers for somewhere between fifty and sixty different products. All products and associated data, in three languages, is saved in the PIM-system, prices are fed from another system. Pictures of the recipes are stored in the DAM-system.

Translations of the products are received weekly, automatically. ISPC only has to pick the products to publish in PDF. A black and white edition and an e-mail campaign are sent out, giving an overview of all promotions.

“One central source with all information reduces workload and error rates”, says ISPC. “Our marketing manager only needs a few hours every week to get this done and doesn’t need to call on other colleagues.”
