1publish improved with workflow engine and standard end user portal

We released the workflow module and standard end user portal.

This allows to define workflow processes between different users with their own profile, roles and restrictions.
The end user portal will manage this process – together with email notification: when a user logs in, his ToDo list will direct and guide him in the workflow.
Our WYSIWYG editor is integrated in this portal – allowing the users to edit (Adobe InDesign) documents online.
The users can add annotations to the document. And download the PDF files or InDesign package (if he is authorized for this).

The end user portal can be customized: css and home page content (HTML).

In Spain we welcome Catalogica Del Comic, thanks to our reseller Microgestio in Barcelona. This new client is servicing comic books with our 1publish solution for translation purposes.

New Flatplan module: this module can be added on top of our 1publish core solution. You will be able to drag and drop existing pages into a new active document.
Improved Template Management: control all the different objects of a document to allow or restrict it to the users. This will give you control over your brand identity. It’s very easy to use by clicking the right options.
New font management function: upload and control your fonts yourself.

Canto Partner event

2imagine participated in March at the yearly partner event in Berlin, Germany. All resellers/partners of the Canto DAM system gathered to learn more on the new release of Canto Cumulus. Also 2imagine showed their web2print solution 1publish, to these partners. All were pleasantly surprised with our solution as we have a seamless integration with the Canto DAM system. Drag and drop images into your document has never been easier.
